Apart from having a very unique name, SUPER EGO has a very unique history as a division of the ROTHENBERGER Group.

Translated straight from its Spanish heritage, the ‘SUPER EGO’ brand stems from the heart of European metal tool manufacturing in Northern Spain. The River Ego (pronounced locally as ‘Eir-go’) is not about someone’s overpowering personality trait, but is in fact a river that runs through the town of Eibar, where the SUPER EGO factory was founded over 70 years ago – it has since moved to more modern facilities in nearby Abadiano...
